Stayed here for a week of skiing and it doesn't get more convenient than this. The condos are at the base of the mountain, have a ski room that you can pick-up and drop off your skiis, boots and poles everyday. Has a mini grocery store so don't worry if you forgot anything. The condo also has a restaurant, but I did not eat their, so can't comment on the food.
The rooms are fine and have full kitchens. The staff is super polite and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

I had only been to the Snakedance for skiing before this fall when I got married here. It was so unbelievably beautiful and everyone was so amazing, I would recommend it to anyone. The large rooms with full kitchens and fireplaces are some of the best I have ever stayed in. There is so much to do from hiking, to hot air ballooning, to rafting in the summer. I will likely still aim more for the am I season, but I will definitely make more summer and fall trips to this magical place.

The essential accommodations when spending any amount of time in the Taos ski Valley. Grab your skis from the guest storage, walk out the door and get on the lift that's about 17 feet away. The bar in the St. Bernard 20 steps up the hill is always a blast. It's just the perfect location to ski an amazing mountain.

My wife and I own a hotel, and we are very picky when it comes to the cleanliness of places we stay on our own vacations. Snakedance was perfect. The room was spotless, the location was beautiful, and we had everything we needed and then some. If I'm ever in Taos again, I know where I'll stay.
