Travel Tip: We highly recommend the purchase of trip insurance! As we are located in a small destination resort, last minute changes or cancellations are extremely difficult for us. No refunds are made for late arrival/early departure, regardless of circumstance. Trip cancellation insurance will usually compensate you, should your trip be interrupted in any way.


Snakedance Condos is a NO Smoking and NO Pets property.  If you smoke or smuggle in a pet, you will be charged a $350.00 cleaning fee.

WINTER SEASON

Reservations for 2026- 27 season are now available!

Winter Deposit Policy: 50% deposit is required at time of reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date.


Winter Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to 45 days, you will be refunded, minus a $100.00 cancellation fee.

If you cancel within 45 days, you will forfeit your monies.


No refund for late arrival or early departure, regardless of circumstances.



SUMMER SEASON


Summer Deposit Policy: There is no deposit required. A credit card on file is required to hold your reservation. Payment to be collected on arrival.
