Travel Tip: We highly recommend the purchase of trip insurance! As we are located in a small destination resort, last minute changes or cancellations are extremely difficult for us. No refunds are made for late arrival/early departure, regardless of circumstance. Trip cancellation insurance will usually compensate you, should your trip be interrupted in any way.
Snakedance Condos is a NO Smoking and NO Pets property. If you smoke or smuggle in a pet, you will be charged a $350.00 cleaning fee.
SUMMER SEASON
Studio: $150.00
One Bedroom: $198.00
Two Bedroom: $228.00
Two Bedroom Loft/3 bed: $270.00
Rates are nightly, plus applicable taxes.

Summer Deposit Policy: No deposit required. We will require a credit card to secure your reservation.
Summer Cancellation Policy: No refund for late arrival or early departure, regardless of circumstances.
WINTER SEASON
Reservations for 2024- 25 season are now available!
Winter Deposit Policy: 50% deposit is required at time of reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
Winter Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to 45 days, you will be refunded, minus a $100.00 cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 45 days, you will forfeit your monies.
No refund for late arrival or early departure, regardless of circumstances.
